Prices stated on this site are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). Shipping charges, import duties and taxes are not included. Products shown are for illustration purposes only. ‘MN Redmount Enterprise’ reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotion codes are redeemed at the end of the ordering process on the view cart page. Simply enter your promotion or voucher code, and when you’re finished, move on to the checkout section. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order and will be reflected in your order summary.

Product Description

‘MN Redmount Enterprise’ attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it as described in our Return policy.

Please note that size of pictures is not according to proportion and colour may differ due to individual monitor’s resolution.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies on all orders with no minimum purchase, with Malaysian shipping addresses only.

Please note that shipping fees may vary for selected locations and remote areas. Key in your postcode at your cart to check if we deliver to your location.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we deem at high risk of loss or damage, and also areas that are inaccessible with our delivery services.

Free shipping offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

‘MN Redmount Enterprise’ furniture is made to your specifications and for this reason our normal delivery time is 2-6 weeks. Please note this delivery timeframe may vary due to high demand, occasionally resulting in delayed shipment. Please contact us for further information. You will be advised of an approximate date of arrival at the time your order is placed. Should a delay occur you would be contacted immediately.

Once your purchase has been shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation of when your order was shipped. You can track your order with this:

All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. If the buyer refuses acceptance of delivery or of a part thereof, he has to bear all expenses caused by or arising out of this.

Self-pickup

Self-pickup is only available for shipments within Malaysia. Once your order is ready, our representatives will contact you through the email address or phone number specified in your order. Orders must be picked up between 10:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday (exclude Selangor state public holiday) from:

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at admin@mnredmount.com. Please quote your order number. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled and you are not satisfied with it, simply return it to ‘MN Redmount Enterprise’ according to our Return & Refund Policy.

‘MN Redmount Enterprise’ reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Return & Refund Policy

Once purchased, goods are not to be refundable, returned, transferred or exchanged. You may only return your order due to any of the following reasons:

Incorrect/wrong item	Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size, wrong color or wrong model)

For any cases of dented or defects of the product, customers should inform ‘MN Redmount Enterprise’ customer service within 48 hours from receiving date or else void exchange. In the event a Merchant ceases trading during the validity period, you may offered an alternative of equal value, or may request a refund by writing to admin@mnredmount.com

Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. Refund can only be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the products. No refund is available after the expiry date.

Indemnity

‘MN Redmount Enterprise’ shall have no liability to the Customer for any loss or damage of nature arising from any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of these Terms and Conditions or any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of ‘MN Redmount Enterprise’ or in any way out of or in connection with the performance or purported performance of or failure to perform these Terms and Conditions.

The customer shall discharge all claims made by any person in respect of any liability suffered as a result of the use of this services and compensate ‘MN Redmount Enterprise’ in full on demand for all losses and expenses incurred by ‘MN Redmount Enterprise’ in respect of them.

Our designs, samples, models, photos, etc are our property. Even if no specific protection of copyright exists, the buyer is not authorized to copy or imitate in any way our designs. In case he does so, he will be liable to make good all or any damage caused to us by his action. The Guarantee of 1 Year Warranty covers the following products which are covered by

Manufacturer’s warranty at time of purchase:-

• Any defects in materials by manufacturing defects or workmanship in the Cabinet frame (carcase), Door(s), Panels(s) & Drawer Fronts/ (The warranty does not cover handles).
• Sink and Faucet; Any defect in workmanship
• Appliances; Any defect in workmanship
• Stainless Steel Carcase; Any defect in workmanship. (The Stainless Steel cabinet is part of our product and is based on order basis, therefore due to the time frame provided from Manufacturer; it is estimated to take within 7 – 14 working days to source a replacement component & resolve any defects.)
• Worktop (Under Manufacturer’s defects)
• Fitting parts;
  • Soft-close hinges/ Gas Spring Friction; defect due to depleted neutron gas inside / broken.
  • Cabinet Leg &  aluminium Skirting; dented/ defect due to workmanship / manufacturing defect.
• The Guarantee of:
  • 1 Year Services after installation completed – MN Redmount Enterprise Product and Services.

• In an event of defective products, MN Redmount will choose to solve the issue either by:
  • Arrange to repair defective warranty product or
  • Arrange a replacement of the defective warranty product by the Manufacturer.
    • (The arrangement of services (repair & replacement) will require further action within 4 – 5 days from the date and time issued by the Owner.)

*Note: If the Product under Warranty is no longer available and cannot be repaired, the MN Redmount at its absolute discretion, may replace the Product with substituted items of similar value which would be as close as possible in dimension/ function & color. The Manufacturer however, cannot guarantee that the replacement items will be exactly the same in all aspects when compared with the original items.

EXCLUSION & LIMITATIONS

• Warranty is void and Customers will not be able to claim MN Redmount warranty is the products’ defects are caused by any of the following:
  • Wear & Tear suffered through normal use (including stains, scratches & cuts) or damage caused by impacts or accidents;
  • Insufficient or improper care (including use of inappropriate chemicals/ cleaning products;
  • Mistreatment, Negligent use or Misuse;
  • Fading, Discoloration or Damage caused by exposure to intensive or excessive light including ultraviolet light, moisture or heat (including excessive steam on door(s), panel(s), drawer front(s) and cabinets.)
  • Does not cover from Alterations, Modifications (including any products that moved from their original place of installation) after initial installation completed.

• The Warranty does not protect against natural causes i.e; fire, flood etc. (including over exposure to heat or water)
  • Does not cover if MN Redmount product has been placed outdoors, kept in a humid environment that can cause damage to it.
  • This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial and business usage. (This warranty is non-transferrable). For personal, domestic or household use only.

RECEIPTS & DOCUMENTS

• Retain Sales Receipt & any supported copies of items list.
  • Retain all proof of purchase of MN Redmount products. Proof will be requested in order for Guarantee 1+3 to be applied/ claimed.
